From early days in finance, to teaching English in Barcelona, to leading teams within large corporate organizations, each chapter has shaped how I think about responsibility, collaboration, and growth.

What ties it all together is a steady curiosity and a desire to build things that last — whether that’s strong teams, thoughtful work, or meaningful relationships. I value clarity, follow-through, and treating people well. Over time, I’ve learned that the most rewarding work isn’t just about outcomes, but about how you show up along the way.
